Oh, my Gosh, Christine, somehow you made your point with that fuzz video...
I hope this is the kick in the butt I need to resume yoga. ... Agh...
How can I thank you? By moving, I guess...

What a great post, Christine ... Thank you. Movement is life, as Moshe Feldenkrais said ...

I once had a passing thought that someone could design a yoga program for trauma survivors -- anyone neurologically stuck in "freeze" mode ... I would have called it (with great affection) "Yoga for Cowards." ... Just giving my body a good, happy shake, for example, is sometimes a huge piece of work. There's a very deep terror of movement ... it goes against the old grain of survival ... and *nothing* brings on the life force like yoga, in my experience ...

Bliss you! -- That's "Bless you!" in BlissChick ;-)
